Like in battle? Or on the berries?

I think the concept of Berry Vista is a perfect place for berry farming, a place without weather inclement.

He mean that the server command for weather will not make the map change weather
He wants to make all outdoor map bubbles but it dont work

I mean while in everywhere is raining there is no rain effect at Berry Vista.
If Berry Vista is Greenhouse/Glasshouse then is totally not a bug, but if not then is small bug.

i think that the berry vista is supposed to be clear all the time, i read it somewhere can't remember where tho.

Then it must have Biosphere around and be unflyable.

It is supposed to have clear weather at all times, that's why the berries are growing so well on the seaside. That doesn't make any sense when you look into it biologically, but as a harmonic place, the clear weather servers a good purpose.

And it is in southern Johto, so maybe the weather is a little different there? Think of your own explanations there, it doesn't make sense that Route 33 is always rainy, but that is normal in the HG/SS games as well.
