Solved I got stuck ?

Hi I'm Dragonsoul,
I think I got stuck somewhere... I'm at the Lake of Rage and I caught the red gyarados but after I did that the old man still says that the Gyarados are angry... Is this normal ? Some npc came at me after the fight but I don't know if I had to follow him or something.

Please help me..

That NPC that appears after beating/catching the Red Gyrados is Lance. Talk to him and follow him back to Mahogany Town to fight Team Rocket in their hideout.
