Help! All my items disappeared!

I was fighting trainers and my game suddenly crashed for no reason. When I was finally able to log back in, I noticed my character wasn't at the spot where I last saved, it was actually further back from where I originally saved. I thought that it was normal because my game crashes regularly and my saved file always has problems loading my progress. After I fought the trainers that I had previously beaten already, I saved again and I tried to heal my Pokemon with a potion. That's when I noticed that all my items were gone. Everything including my Berries, Tm's, healing items, pokeball's, ect. My bag is totally blank and everything missing. I would really appreciate it if someone can help solve this problem and help recover my items.

Try starting a private conversation with a Moderator/Global Moderator/Administrator that lists the items you recall distinctly that vanished. We will do our best to try and recover those items.
