Gotta...problem

So I downloaded the installer and game. When I downloaded the latest version it said it updated successfully, however the start game icon wasn't functioning. I followed all of the recommended steps in the FAQ but it still does not work. When I try to set the installer as the admin it tells me that there are invalid start parameters and I need to start from the launcher. I thought the green tree icon was the launcher? My task manager says the program is running and I tried moving what I thought was the installer to the folder labeled as pokemon, and to it own. Both attempts failed. I heard that the servers are down, but how do I access the installer in the first place?

The only things left out of a folder in my computer are...the installer, a file called "meta" and a text document called credits

The Pokemon3D.exe file is the one you should be running, not Pokemon.exe. They have the same icon (the green tree).

I don't have a file like that. I searched my computer all I have is pokemon.exe.

Never mind, I found the launcher and downloaded it. I can now access the launcher but the start game icon still doesn't work. I tried setting the real launcher as the admin but this did not work as well.

You need this: http://s.pokemon3d.net/cinhd which I think you have it and run this to start the game.

This launcher must be beside the pokemon folder to work
