Help! can't load my profile.

I have a problem and I was wondering if you could help me. When I try to connect to Pokemon 3D and try to play online, it gets stuck at “Downloading Profile.” I have to right click the mouse to cancel the downloading profile option and click play online again about 40 times just for the game to allow me to get to my character. Then I see my account finally after trying to connect for so long and my profile has another issue. When I finally get it working, it shows me a new account with a level 1 trainer and it doesn't show my current progress or character. Sometimes if I'm lucky, it works for me and it shows my current character. Then I can go online and play normally, but when I stop playing or the game crashes, it takes me at least 40 tries again before my profile gets loaded. I also have tried waiting for a long time but my profile never gets loaded automatically. I need to click play online then cancel and then try again for many times for my profile to work. It is frustrating since I always have problems loading my character. I am never able to enjoy playing since I'm worried about the game crashing and having to restart the process of clicking 40 times to get my character. I would really appreciate you're help.

From what you are trying to describe, you really need to get a better internet connection. ( A full bar wifi is recommended )

Well, the weird thing is. My laptop can play this game fine, and my profile even loads like right away, but my pc won't.

Hrm.... It's been a while since we've had this issue.... I don't remember much of it.

Delete your whole pokemon folder. (perhaps keep your offline save folder if you want to keep that.) and just re-download the whole game.
Incase you've tried that, then.... I'll have to ask around.

Uh, well I have deleted the pokemon folder but not the program to start it xD maybe I should try to delete everything and download it again xD?
