Fixed [Indev 0.46.1] Battle Frontier Gate Un-Rideable

Not sure if this was left intentionally or if this is how it supposed to be , but considering all other gates and the underground under saffron city are ride-able, just had to ask

i couldn't ride in any of these places :
Battle frontier Gate
The underground between The S.S. Aqua and Vermilion City
The underground in Goldenrod (thought i would understand why not since there are many people in there)

I will fix the BF gate for next version
