How do you get happiny in this game? i tried to breed a Blissey, but it bred a chansey (weirdly enough, it was holding a lucky punch when it hatched)

ok..i didn't try that, but...why is it different here? it should always give the first evolution...
anyways, i'll go test in an offline save.
