I have find a lot of tiles in pokemon/content/texture/ and convert them from xnb to png but there are not the titles that I search for. I am stupid to find the specific tiles and than I need help!

All of the tiles are there You have to really find it. Anyway, most of the tiles you are finding is inside outside.xnb.
Or routes.xnb

outside.xnb does not exist.

What titles I need to make the animated water? There must be three of them, but which one?

All three are needed. They are in different direction so you need all.

Edit:
There are four direction. Each direction has 3. You need all three to build a perfect water tile.

There are to much water tiles. I don't know what the rights three are.

I didn't found the tiles because the original color has changed when I convert xnb to png with xnb exporter. Color is false or lost? How can I fix this?

The Color is right. It was my fault. Now I found the right tiles in Kanto0.xnb

I just have to have the animated water.

Just a little offer, if you want some generation 3 tilesets ( Scaled to 32x32 ), you are allowed to use Pokémon Firered Universal 3D gamemode files (without the installer) and you do not need to convert them as they are in png files.
