Guys, just wondering because I've had pichu since daycare egg hatched & never removed him from line-up ever since. I beaten e4 3 or 4 times, went to kanto, hatched 8 eevee eggs, hatched 1 Igglybuff egg, hatched 1 Azurill egg, and leveled pichu to 31, but no evolution yet. Has anyone evolved pokemon via happiness?

Evolution through friendship is implemented. Just keep leveling up. You can check by interacting with your Pichu when it's following you.

Use Ev-Reducing berries or Vitamins on your Pichu or Groom it in the underground of GoldenRod city (On Fridays and mondays)

Evolution through friendship is implemented. Just keep leveling up. You can check by interacting with your Pichu when it's following you.

Thanks for the help. Finally evolved pichu, but now, it togepi's turn... It's going to be a loooong road to walk again (literally in game) and a few e4 battles.
