Implemented Running shoes

Cool, run .I think it would be cool to run in addition to being able to use the bike (if the bike will be added).

To be honest, I don't think the running shoes are necessary, seeing as we can already move pretty fast! I would like to see the bike thing happen, though! Haha, that nostalgic bike ride music...​

yeah :3 (i have 15 year old, and lost this nostalgic age, but i played gold in emulator with the same nostalgia (is my 1° pokemon game). To give good memories:

its a neat mechanic though, running and using the bike make it more likely to encounter pokemon. i feel like we move slow but that's not my call to make.
