No. That's a bug. You shouldn't be able to capture Raikou twice.

Well, I captured my second raikou like 2 months ago so....

Wait... So is this repairable or to be fixed next patch? Oh, and by the way, any of you guys have an extra entei to trade with a raikou?
did you capture any Entei's while you were at it?
That was when the bug was in full swing.
I have one Raikou and one Entei, and I know for a fact that I still have another one of each roaming my world. I don't bother to catch them because I like having them around.

He shallst meet many legendary's but shallst not have the courage or the abillity to catch them.
He shallst, however, kick the butts of every gym leader and earn all the badges,

There no need reset game when you just complete 1 of 6 regions. That means we will have all 6 original regions based on original games in time being. And Bulbapedia confirmed there will be Generation 7th, so that mean 7th regions will come as well

There is no revealed information yet, but popularity of Pokemon and bit that page proves there is big chance for 7th Generation to come.
While it is safe to assume that we will eventually get a gen 7 it is not CONFIRMED nor is it stated in any way on that page
