Fixed [Indev 0.46.1] Fly Usable inside the Trainers House

as the title says, in the trainers club in Viridian city, you can use fly to get out of the arena in the lower floor.

@Darkfire, just checking, did you fix the ride too?, i just found that you can ride there too.

by fixing fly I fixed ride
unless marked otherwise if you cant fly NOR Dig then you cant ride
