Fixed [Indev 0.46.1] Unable To Use Escape Ropes In Tin Tower

As the title says escape ropes can't be used in Tin tower. Which is weird since you can find an escape rope in there. I think I remember using escape ropes in Tin tower in Gold version. I figured this could be a bug.

Yes, this sounds like a bug. If you can Escape Rope out of the Burned Tower, than why not here?

Can you escape rope out of Sprout tower is the real question(Burned Tower being burned means it isnt really a tower anymore and is more like a cave
