Accidently tossed HM01?

Hiya all! As embarrassing as it is, I actually tossed HM01, and cannot proceed with the game. Is there anything I can do to get this back? During the point in time I was on a server with my friend, so this means the account is not offline. Anything I can do?

Did you already save as you tossed it cause otherwise you are doomed. I think you have to reset the game but wait for the reply of some other forum members too.

Usually if someone loses a required item that cant be replaced, a mod will send them a pokeman holding one

so enjoy your free level 1 rattata.
