Fixed [0.21] HM 1 Flash Bug.

HM 1 Flash can be learned muliple times on a single pokemon as seen in the pictures below.

Edit: forgot to add version. I'm using verison 0.21

Edit 2: As it turns out both HMs 1 and 5 let you use it mutiple times on a single pokemon.

This may be a bug with all TMs and HMs in general.

Haven't had a chance to test that but, it is possible.

There are only HM 1 and 5 and no TMs(i am almost sure of this)
