Did you try to run the .zip file like it was an executable file, or did you unzip the file and then run WMPTest.exe?

wait i cant cuz i only use WINRAR. wait,what?
Winrar handles .zip files (And so does Windows's built in utility). 7zip can also be installed with winrar also installed.
