Unable to reproduce [Indev 0.46.1] Cannot Use Surf

Hey,
It's first time I report a bug, be lenient...

So, I'm running on 0.46.1 version and I can't use surf. I mean, I have the HM 03 and I've learnt it to a pokemon but when I'm facing water and press A or when I go menu>pokemon>[pokemonthathassurf] there's no way to Surf :C And I've 3 badges
Maybe I missed something.. idk

You need the badge from ecruteak
Edit: actually I think it may be olivine, you should look it up to be sure.

Oh. It isn't Olivine cos I have to get some medicine for the GYM leader.
EDIT : There's no gym leader in Ecruteak City

You need to go to the Burnt Tower and do all of the events there for the gym leader to appear there.

Make sure you aren't riding or anything like that. I can usually walk up to the water, click it, and it will ask if i want to surf.

I seem to be able to Surf just fine. Please tell me if you're still unable to Surf, but for now I shall label this as Unable to Reproduce.
