Duplicate [0.46.1] 2-Turn based moves use 2 PP every time it's used.

simply as the title says, every time you use 2-turn based moves in battle it reduces the PP of the move by 2.

Tested with the Moves "Fly" and "Dig"

it's very annoying considering that these moves have very low base PP points to begin with.
