Fixed [Indev 0.46] Badges not Accounting for Levels Equal to Cap

My level 100 Feraligatr, that I got as a starter, decided to "ignore my order" in battle. I have all badges and the Feraligatr has my OT. Unfortunately I was scrolling too fast through the chat to screenshot it, but it has happened to me about 6 times now.

Okay I just realized something:

Somehow my ID number changed. Even if it is different, I have all the Johto badges, so he shouldn't be disobeying me even if I did not originally own him.

Fixed the issue. It wasn't working if your badge level (so 100) was less or equal the Pokémon's level.

Oddly enough, only the 2 most recent Pokémon have the ID of my trainer card. All Pokémon before then have the same ID as Feraligatr... Was there some sort of ID scramble on GameJolt?

I changed the system so your OT is the same as your GameJolt ID.
