Hello, im right now playing a own server with a friend, but I have a question. How I add him? to can trade and have battles with him.

You need to add each other outside of the game on the GameJolt website.

Use the PokéGear's PSS system. Your friend should appear under both Friends and Passerby if he's on the same server as you.

That's the ranklist...not the friendslist/passerby list. He's probably not even in the Top 100 (it sounds like you and your friend(s) just started recently).

As for trading, try using the Global Trading Station instead. I find it to be a lot more reliable than Direct Trading.
As for battling...I'm not too certain.

It's in the PokéGear. You need to reach Ecuteak City to get it.
