Did you get the Radio Card while in Goldenrod?
You will need to go back to get it if you didnt(fly to Indigo Plateau from there you can fly to any place in either region)

To get Radio Card at Goldenrod City Radio Tower you must answer 4 questions at 1st floor and how much I remember all answers are Yes.

If you already collect all possible badges, then you wait for new updates, cathing them all and training. + doing Daily/Weekly events.
