Fixed Status Effect: Poison

Upon poisoning my foe he did not immediately recieve poison damage, on my next turn i attacked it and my foe recieved poison damage only after i made my move. When he attacked he never recieved poison damage, i've only used poison so im unsure if it works the same with other damage dealing status effects.

This only appears in the first turn and yeah, it's kinda a bug.
But it is fixed for 0.21.1

The same if you are poisoned and you defeat the pokemon, you don't get hit by poison before the pokemon faints. But it also happens that you don't get hit by poison after defeating a pokemon.
