This might be asking for bugs and corruptions, I don't know, but would it be possible to warp me into Ilex Forest? I could get cut, then faint back to the Pokecenter, so I could use cut to get through Sudowoodo. I could even teach cut to some random Pokemon and Wondertrade them, so other people could get on with the game instead of being stuck as well. Obviously, they would want to get the HM themselves as soon as the bug is fixed, as they probably don't want that Rattata with cut as a Pokemon for the rest of the game; but it could allow players to venture on. Maybe? I don't know if that would cause any corruptions or something like that...

Cut won't help you. You need a Squirt bottle from Goldenrod city to move Sudowoodo from the road.
