Servers Unresponsive

I am new to this forum and just recently found Pokemon 3D. I am in love! I downloaded it so i can get better experience by battling people for real but I have been able to get onto the main server once for about two hours and none of the others are working for me I downloaded the latest one and everything, so i am lost any help? Please and thank you. maybe I missed a setting or something? Doing it wrong? not sure but any help would be appreciated.

This is not an issue with your side. All server owns have either stopped supporting their servers, or they're on substitute hardware that doesn't run very well.

oh ok thanks so does the P3D main server have specified up times or just whenever it decided to connect?
