Recording Issues, Audio out of sync

I am trying to record a let's play of Pokemon3D for YouTube but whenever I try to record it my commentary is a few seconds behind the video. The problem is not just the recording software, I can record other games just fine. The problem only occurs with this game.
I record with HyperCam2, DO NOT comment on this thread saying "use ________, it's better." I just want to know if other people have had this issue or a way to fix it. I also edit with Windows Movie Maker if that helps.

HyperCam Settings
-30fps
-Width:1280 Hight:720
-Lagarith Lossless Codec
-Sound: Headset Microphone, 2- Stereo, 16 Bit, 44100 Samples per sec.
-Record Cursor: On

Please help if you can, I really want to make a Let's Play of this game.

Is the sound consistently behind the video? If so, you could just move the audio track to the correct position.

I could extract the audio file from the video... Thanks! It will require a little more work but I guess it's worth it!
