Fixed [0.45.1] Kanto stations immediately availible

When you first step onto Kanto from Johto after being the 8 Gyms, you can access the Kanto radio stations. We...shouldn't be able to do that without having the Kanto radio card, If I remember right.

Are you sure it is the Kanto station? Try finding the pokeflute station. It is still a bug since you need the Kanto radio card to even listen to radio in Kanto, but it would be nice to know if you are only listening to the Johto station in Kanto.

You are probably able to hear the Johto radio in the League path since the radio takes the first region listed(which in this case is johto)

If you mean Route 26/27, then the Johto radio stations should be available.

I could hear the Kanto and Johto stations in routes 26-7. Haven't tested elsewhere though.
