Fairy type moves?

Are there any Fairy type moves ingame as of yet? I know there are Fairy pokemon, but are some moves implemented as well? I'd like to evolve my Eevee into a Sylveon, see.

not implemented yet and getting sylveon is not possible unless you find someone who got a legit one from comp.

well there are a few In (Charm, Moolight, and sweet Kiss)
there will be no more in until we finish the Gen 1-5 moves since we cant add new moves in the new system(hard coding) until we completely convert from the old system(LUA files(these are why you can learn a move in level up but not be able to use it in battle))

Probably another effect of the LUA files
it will react like a fairy type in battle

Would it allow evolution as well? Or will I need to wait til the shift from LUA occurs? How far along are you guys in doing that?

the evolution for sylveon won't be in for a while
