File Validation Error

(I'm not sure if this is the right place for this thread) Ok, so i tried to change zweilous' egg group to see if it could fix it's innability to breed with druddigon. And once I found that it didn't work, I set it back to what it was and tried to start up the game again. But, the game gave me the file validation error and I can't play the game now. How can I fix this?

Try to remove your entire pokemon folder exept for your saves & content packs and re-download it again.
