Can't say about plans for other characters but there is no character limit on anything in the game(this does cause some problems when a name forces the rest of the text of the screen but most of those are accounted for

So Pokemon or NPC name can be 15 letters or longer?

Cool, then only what left is to get support for Lithuanian letters in P3D: ą, č, ę, ė, į, š, ų, ū, ž.
And possibility to different gender have different name.

@nilllzz did you already decided when you start improve and implant improved Localization/Languages system?

So @nilllzz don't want to answer and now I started to think to do translations with current situation of Localizations.:/
