Duplication bug made me lose 2 exp shares (0.45.1)

I was just about to level up some pokemon using 2 exp shares when the game crashed. When I logged back on, the pokemon were all eggs (the ones i was leveling) and the exp shares disappeared. Could I please have the exp shares restored @Malcolm Reynolds?
Edit: I just realized that it made my red gyarados disappear too...

well, it was kinda a semi-crash not really a crash though. The server had an error that was really weird so..ya
