Not confirmed I cant start it!!!!

you only downloaded the launcher, click the button below the "grey" start button that say "download latest version" and it should download it and then you can start
 
mmh could it be that you installed into a different directory? If I remember right the launcher have to be in the folder that is direct parent of the folder with the game files?

so maybe like this:
../Games/Pokémon3D.exe <<- the launcher
../Games/Pokemon/... <<- the folder that was installed

So, to make it easier:
Create a new folder on your desktop. (Name it 'Pokemon' or something)
Place the launcher inside that folder.
Open the launcher.
Download the latest version.
Do not move the launcher from that place.
Launch the game.
Log in using Gamejolt or just use an offline single player save.
Have fun. :p
