I don't think the Power Bands have been implemented yet, so I would imagine it would be very tedious.

Pretty much (and having 2 exp shares helps a lot)

Well, building a competitive team is going to take a bit longer than I thought, lol. If I have pokemon which require the same EV's, an exp share will atleast make the process more efficient.
