Not a bug [v.45.1] Old Man Trapped Under Ice (Old Man Stuck Under Map of Ice Path)

At the large slide puzzle of the Ice Path, there is an old man trapped underneath the map.
This is a script-holder. The NPC is brought above the ground when it is needed in a script (for the Crystal Wing I believe, can no longer be activated). When a script is not active, they're brought underground to simulate vanishing (though as you can see that isn't foolproof).
Totally not the real reason It is the original form of the Great Lord Helix
