Breeding problem.

Hi, i've been been trying to breed a torchic with night slash with a male persian and a female blaziken but i instead of night slash torchic get's slash, is it a bug?

The egg moves for some Pokémon (like Torchic) might not be set up entirely yet and mostly rely on old/incomplete data. We are working on getting all egg/tutor/TM/level up moves done.
