Fixed Wrong TM learnset.

delibird cant learn icy wind but its ice type, i looked at bulbapedia and he can learn that move.

Most of the Pokémon's learnsets are based on the 5th generation's original learnsets which don't contain Icy Wind. We are working on adding the support for all generations.

Even then,

Delibird does not learn Icy Winds through TM, only through egg move breeding.
So this is actually not a bug/mistake.

(Checked both bulbapedia and serebii, the latter being more trustworthy.)

You didn't really get the point of my post.
It doesn't learn that from TM in generation 5 because Icy Wind is not a TM in that generation.
If you look at the Gen2 learnset, you will find this:

yes xD it was a mistake, i confused that move for frost breath that in spanish is a similar name

Why weren't they based on the gen 1/2 move-sets in the first place then?

Edit: I can understand why it wasn't done that way, but I am just asking out of curiosity.

I think:
Some one used a program to harvest the data from bulbapedia(I think It was draco) and since the gen five stuff ws on the main page that was what was gotten

I guess that makes sense.
Only wish bulbapedia had more reliable information at times, though.
