Duplicate I can't change Pokémon during battle?!

During a battle with a trainer, I am not asked if I want to change pokémon after beating one of his Pokémon...
Is this a bug or is this not implemented yet? (I've tried both "Battle Styles" -Set and Switch- but none of them change anything)

This is known, it just simply hasn't been applied to the new battle system yet.
It will, though.

I wouldn't technically consider this a bug.

I'm not so sure that is a good idea.

You see, the ability to switch Pokémon in battle when one faints was possible in the first battle system. It was just not fully worked out for the second battle system. Problem being, the mechanic does not have very high priority on the development list right now.

If you go by your own words, it may take a very long time for you to "fully enjoy the game".
