Duplicate Missing Pokemon

I had a few Pokemon in that last box in bills pc, and I believe the game still thinks they are in there (switch box tab shows it as blue) but I can not access them. I think this is because the box they were in was replaced by the battle box.

Yes. You had plenty warning about this.

I don't know if this works for you, but you can try to take a few Pokémon out of the Battle Box. If you didnt save with the Battle Box opened yet, the other Pokémon should just fly in when you take the others out.

When my pokes were missing (the first time I started after the update) I just left the game and reentered and everything was fine . The pokemon that were missing were in a box called BATTLE BOX , while the actual one was empty ( before I restarted the game there were 6 of the pokemon from the missing box in it)

That the battle box switches sometimes should be fixed in the next update.

If you didn't save with the Battle Box opened yet, the other Pokémon should just fly in when you take the others out.

I moved a pokemon into the battle box and the others showed up just fine.
