Server on public ip, no private with hamachi

Hamachi is not needed to host a server. There is now a server hosting executable that hosts it for you (but if you want it to be public you will have to port-forward your IP in the server IP).I would like to run server on public ip, no private with hamachi. i have external IP.
Unlock :
Port 15124
Port 53249
Port 53250
Port 53021
When you add server displays "Cannot reach server". Any suggestions?

15124,53249, 53250,53021... next step ? hmmm.... Search does not see the server..... but on hamachi works. I hosting in home for friends. I do not want to use hamachi
Maybe settings in properties.dat ? I typed external ip in IP-Address.hmm ... Maybe I did something wrong...Please! how to make the server from the beginning....
