Fixed [Indev 0.46.1] Horn Drill Having Incorrect Power And Accuracy

The Horn Drill move only damages 1 hp and its at 100% accuracy. It should ALWAYS make the enemy faint if it hits. The correct accuracy is 12%. please fix this asap. PS I know im not supposed to post here but it I cant post anywhere else.

How can you not post anywhere else? You should be able to post this in the Bugs forum. Enethil can we have a thread relocation to there?

Also could you please place the Not Confirmed tag in bug reports (I know you couldn't do it this time due to where you posted this thread), as well as a version number (because for all we know this could be on a very old version).

That might just be a printing error and not Horn Drill's actual effect in battle (in fact, Horn Drill might not even be implemented yet).

Could you try Horn Drill in battle and see if the move deals that much damage?

no, I have tried it in battle. it does 1 hp damage and I have never missed with it. it DOENST use pound.

Because nobody else has checked the move to confirm if this is true.

i can confirm this, the move does only 1 point of damage every time it is used and it is not a 1-hit-KO,
as for the accuracy, with a move that has only 5 PP, i'm pretty sure 5 out of 5 is very close to 100% accuracy.
however the accuracy should use this formula as it is used in Gen II and on which is :
Accuracy = ((level of user-level of target) + 30)%


Edit : The version i tested on is the last version, which is [0.46.1]
