Honestly I don't think that this was bullying, they may have been a little inconsiderate of you having difficulty with your english but I don't see anymore more then a warning happening if you report them; If I were you I would ask for an apology and leave it at that, Denas has already given one. Also double posting is frowned upon on the forums so combining your posts would probably be better.

Actually, was this on the offifcial server or a private server (JLs' or Mizai's)

Edit: I talked with Mizai and we couldn't find anything in his logs, this must have been on JLs' server.
(Unless the logs bugged out)
