Not confirmed PP going into negative values.

I really dont know if this is a bug but when i battled. I could use Physics 20 times and after hitting 0 and starts like Minus PP. And after hiting 10 -
Its says that you have no PP left? Dunno know if bug or anything you added..

What version where you using when your Power Points could go negative? 0.45.1?

I'm going to assume that means 0.45.1...

Maybe before then you got a move's Power Points to negative, then when you updated the bug-fix locked the negative value.

In earlier versions, negative Power Points were possible. When you updated to the newest version that is no longer possible. All currently negative values will act like zero, and will not execute the move.

I can confirm that PP still goes negative in .45.1
