Mesuda Method?

So I was wondering if the Mesuda Method was in the game... If so, how the heck am I supposed to do it in this case?

For those of you wondering it's when you breed two Pokemon from different countries (example: US and Japan or whatever.) It has an increased chance of getting you a Shiny.

it's also called tga masuda method.

The increased chance is rather slight anyways. It is 5x higher, which may sound like a lot, but the chances for encountering a normal shiny are 1/8192, effectively only raising it only to 5/8192.

Or to make it look better, the odds are dropped from 1/8192 to 1/1638, which looks a lot better and makes it a lot less daunting.

In case this hasn't been cleared up already, the masuda method isn't possible in this game
