Not a bug (v .45.1) Can't trade Salamance

Due to the duplication bug I have two Salamance, So I went to setup a trade on the GTS for the extra one and when I tried to select it I got the fallowing message: "Cannot choose this Pokemon". I then tried again with my original one and got the same message.
tried with other pokemon too and so far Mightyana and Fraligatr don't work either

It probably has something to do with your "stars" u can't trade because you have non left to use. try to look for ways to gain stars in other trades (it will tell you how many stars u get)

nope Fraligatr and Typhlosion both cost the same # of stars and I can put Typhlosion up no problem

yes all the ones that didn't work knew HM moves, though Salamance learns Fly on its own
are pokemon that know HM moves untradable?

Well I can't see how the game would be able to tell the difference between learned and Hidden Machine.
