i know this would probably be hard to code, it would be very cool to be able to create a hard path of puzzle im to a server as well as name cites and towns with npc's. But again, very hard to code -_-

That's not how servers work...

All the servers do is take the position of all players who are online and display them; servers (well, right now at least) cannot generate their own area...

Unless
You create a custom GameMode with the map you wish for, set your server's GameMode to that GameMode, and run it, but only players who have the GameMode enabled could join.
