Replace the old safari zone in Kanto and make it into an avenue much like in black/white 2. Players and/or NPCs can open up shop to sell items, npcs can train your pokemon's stats/level, along with other neat things I might not be remembering.

We don't need to replace things that work: we can add new places to the game, while keeping old ones as well. Since the Safari Zone is something completely different from what you are describing and it also took a lot of work to program it, we won't replace it with a new feature.

Just think of Berry vista (i hope its not included in original games cause i haven't played some), but that are good ways to implement new places!

I think he means this would replace the Kanto Safari Zone - Which we have no plan for atm....We have no need for a pal park

In later game versions(if it's not too much work) you could just make other region specific pokemon spawn in different safaris like more chance to get kanto (or gen1) pkmn in the kanto safari, zones don't need to differ much

I def won't put as much effort as I put into the Johto Safari
I am not sure is having a new Safari Zone in Kanto is worth it is the thing
Replacing it with something else sounds good but I am not sure what
The avenue wouldn't really work there though so idk.....
if i were to place it any where it would be route 7.....completely replace the entire route with a giant building with unique stores and stuff
but i am not really sold on making the Join Avenue a thing to begin with so......

I suggest a big shopping, a original place where you can buy some evolution-enducing items such as stones, rezor claw and fang, and so on, and those neat competitive items such as life orb, the type gems and choice items and such things that make a huge difference in Pvp, since it is veeeeery requested

This is why I said players could set up shop to sell their items to other players or atleast a faster way of giving your friends items they want or need without having to go through the long progress of trading one item at a time with pokemon holding the items. But of course, key items, event items, won't be traded.
