Duplicate Swimming...?

While i'm surfing with my Lapras trying to get to the Power Plant. When i cross the line thing (and the route change to Route 10) my Lapras sprite changed to my own sprite... I tried this twice and it keeps on happening. (I still can walk on the water even tho my sprite changed... Which is awesome! )
