sprites questions

so...if i use any sprites that are from commersial game it wont break any rules right what about the custom ones that need giving credit will it be ok if i give credit and use

for those that require giving credit I might suggest putting that in your signature
I am wondering if maybe putting a tag in the upload system that will allow you to say like "taken from <insert game name here>" or "Made by John Doe on randomname.com" but that might be too much work to be worth it
Overall just never claim a sprite is your when directly asked and noone will have much issue

Again simply not claiming the sprite is yours will likely prevent a ban(we will remove your sprite at the immediate request of the artist but banning is unlikely)
We will ban you only if you become rude and unruly b/c we took down your sprite or we see patterns of claiming other's work is your own.
