breeding lucario

I've been trying for a while now to breed crunch onto a riolu by breeding pancham and recently growlithe with lucario but no matter what i try the riolu always come out with quick attack (sometimes other things that were my fault for not removing some moves) both the growlithe and pancham have had crunch so what am i missing?

Lucario is female right ? Only male pokes can pass down moves. Also that might be a bug too, I have the same problem with a few other pokes.
