everytime i goto pc it says do you wanna see mysterious events and idk how to play online anymore, how do i create a server?

Intentional. Co-Op no longer exists. In its place exists a multiplayer server system.

why would they remove the co-op? theres no point in me playing this anymore cause i played this with my friend and i cant even do that anymore.

You can. You and your friend can either join a public server (there's a few listed on the forums), or create your own, private server:

Because playing with a lot of people is seemingly better than just playing with one or two friends; even so, you can still do that by hosting a private server.

You can still play Pokémon3D in your LAN. Just open a server and connect to it via the LAN IP Address of the computer hosting the server. Basically the same thing as before, just that you have a server program running in the background.
