I dont think devs will use this atm and for a time..
But maybe someone can do a Resource Pack replacing the actual sprites with XY Sprites or maybe BW Sprites like in older versions.. that would be nice...

Won't work ingame as overworld sprites, cause you need different directions for that.

no, i don't want it for overworld but i need it for battling and also throwing poke ball while catching pokemon (now ingame use overworld when catching pokemon. i wish to change it with this sprite)

These won't be used, because they need more than one direction for them to be viewed since the battle sequence changes. It would take forever to animate every frame of those pictures for every angle needed for the battle sequence.

i wish i can select camera battle style, rotation style (now we are use it) and front/behind look style (we used it in older version and i hope use this sprite for it) it's can be good for battling

off **** modelers, and **** this 3d, change battle view, and use this amazing X/Y animations!! i bet its far more easy to setup camera like it was before 3d, and use X/Y battle sprites.. than search Modelers.

We actually have no idea what this guy means, either. -P3D staff

At first, I truly thank you for your valuable feedback.
It is always nice to have well informed and adequate people around to suggest features for the game that is currently being programmed and designed. As you can see, your input is extremely valuable.
And now, regarding your feedback to use "this amazing X/Y animations": I really appreciate the effort you took to investigate the circumstances of your position as a debugger and tester of the game to suggest this feature to our development team. Judging from your rather strong suggestion to "foop this 3d, change battle view", you do not like how the battle system is set up in the game right now.
Now, I want to let you know, that we are doing some thoughts about the main feature of the game, and it took several months to get the battle system to the stage it is right now. Just for you, I counted the amount of code only the battle system is consisting of: 28.000 lines of pure code. Without any annotations or empty lines in between. And if you do not know this, that is a large amount of code compared to your suggestion to dismiss it in order to insert "X/Y battle sprites".
I see that you are looking at the current 16x16 pixel sprites and think "Hm, those are not really High-Quality ultra HD high-end graphics right here, like the rest of the game, let's change that." - You might be able to see the slight sarcasm in that last sentence: We are actually trying to change the battle system to be a little more like the rest of the game, to make it blend in a little more. This is why we chose the Overworld Sprites to appear in battle as well.
So you see, our choice of style and art for the battle system makes sense in our perspective and again, we really appreciate your feedback, we can see that users deeply care about the game and are trying to remind us that we are not perfect in any way and that we can always make things better - and this is what inspires us to program.
Seriously though, your comment makes absolutely no sense at all.
Have a nice day.

som1 is mad huh, srry for make you upset. It was not intentional, im soo sorry!! I love you Nillz! and love all work you put in game, and i wanna just help ya!

So i put it more clear. I just point that Battle system is not working since half year, and nothing was done to make it work, you guys put great updates every week, you put PVP, and amazing own sprites on the way!! but every fight look terribe with this camera aiming, and sprites angles look weird with this(even 3d works wierd) not to mention its not work as it should. And over that i KNOW IT TOOK time to make this, and will TAKE EVEN MORE TIME and nothink was done, or spoken about it, atm Battle looks totaly abandoned.

If you dont have time for it, fallow my Question in PM that you ignore before. If you have time, tell us what we can do. Other way it look like nothink is done to main thing in pokemon (since battle is good 70% of this game, or more) also if you have any other objection PM me.

Weird, I see my pokemon, I can choose items, I can change between pokemons and I can make my pokemon attack. I even beat the top 4! How come I did this if the battle system is not working?
You can even disable the camera aiming in the options as far as know.
